GQEBERHA – Tensions ran high at the ANC Nelson Mandela Bay Region’s 113th anniversary celebration in New Brighton.
Chaos erupted as members of a parallel ANC Youth League structure clashed over their exclusion in the programme. Provincial Chairperson, Oscar Mabuyane, had to intervene to restore order.
