VEREENIGING: SAPS spokesperson Constable Busi Sango reports that today, August 6 2025, Sharpeville police were called to the river behind Taubazaar after a body was discovered.
Sango reports that they found a deceased white male with injuries to his face and the back of his head. The SAPS water wing removed the body from the river.
The motive for the murder is currently unknown, and the deceased has not yet been identified.
