Ford Marking its Territory with The New SUV

The Family of Phiwe Drives had an opportunity of driving The Ford Territory 1.8T Titanium Ruby Red in Colour and it stands out of the different colors you can get the Suv in making it to it really mark its Territory ,The Ford Territory name used by Ford in Australia.This SUV produced by Ford Australia in 2004–2016 and Exporting it to South Africa in 2005. The Sales of the Territory began in June 2005.Prior to its debut, a Territory was sent to South Africa in 2004 for assessment by Ford’s South African branch ,The Current Ford Territory SUV has been produced in China by JMC-Ford in China,JMC is Jiangling Motors Corporation Ltd. its a Chinese vehicle manufacturer that has a significant partnership with Ford, particularly in the commercial vehicle segment, and Ford owns 32% of JMC.
The first Generation Of Ford Territory since the partnership with JMC was Produced in China Since 2018.In 2022 Ford used the nameplate for the export version of the Equator Sport, which is also produced by JMC-Ford in China.
The Territory has taken over the South African market since March 2024 with three trim levels: Ambiente, Trend and Titanium. All variants are powered by a 1.8-litre EcoBoost turbocharged petrol engine. It is the first right-hand drive market for the Territory

A reverse-view camera system, which is supplemented by fore and aft park distance sensors,the Territory is operated via a rotary dial on the centre console and Touch button for Parking,plenty leg room and head room for passanger and the driver.
Under The Bonnet the Ford Territory is equiped with 1.8-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that makes 138 kW and 318 Nm. Power goes to the front wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. There are four driving modes: Normal, Eco, Sport, Mountain and the vehicle is claimed to consume 6.28 L/100 km but we claimed 8.6 because of the way we drove and city drives also affect the consumption.
The Territory’s boot is spacious, easily accommodating With the 60:40-split rear backrest folded, there’s a very handy 1 240 litres of space,you can get the ford Territory in 7 colours: Star White, Panther Black Metallic, True Blue Metallic, Ruby Red Metallic, Lustrous Grey, Moonlight Blue Metallic, and Crystal Pearl White Metallic Tri-coat.
