CAPE FLATS – Three men were shot and killed in Philippi East on the Cape Flats on Saturday night. According to police, three unidentified attackers approached the victims while they were at a fruit and vegetable stall outside a house in Lower Crossroads and opened fire, leaving all three dead at the scene.
Police have not yet made any arrests, and the motive for the shooting remains under investigation. Provincial Serious and Violent Crime Detectives are handling the case, while police presence in the area has been increased to prevent further violence or possible retaliatory attacks.
