Police are investigating after SAPS property was found in the possession of suspended sergeant Fannie Nkosi. According to spokesperson Athlenda Mathe, Nkosi was discovered with six case dockets and more than R50,000 in cash.
Five of the dockets were originals, while one was a copy. Mathe said although detectives may carry dockets linked to their cases, Nkosi’s situation raises concern as he was suspended and should not have had access to any SAPS materials.
