EMALAHLENI – ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa says service delivery challenges should not discourage South Africans from voting. Speaking during the party’s voter registration campaign in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, he encouraged residents to take part in the upcoming November elections.

Ramaphosa acknowledged that service delivery problems remain but said government is making progress. He pointed to infrastructure projects and the rollout of the R1 trillion investment plan, saying funding is beginning to reach communities and improve development.
