President Cyril Ramaphosa has called for a review of municipal funding to ensure more reliable service delivery. He also proposed ring-fenced utilities for water and electricity to improve financial management and reduce misuse of funds.
Speaking during a stakeholder engagement in the Free State, Ramaphosa emphasised the need for stronger cooperation between government spheres to address service delivery challenges and improve community living conditions
