PRETORIA – Forensic investigator Paul O’Sullivan told the Madlanga Commission that he received a tip-off alleging suspended Crime Intelligence deputy head Feroz Khan was involved in illegal activities. O’Sullivan said the claims included facilitating drug trafficking and money laundering.
During his testimony, O’Sullivan presented a five-point list of allegations accusing Khan of involvement in drug trafficking, illicit chop shops, money laundering, and protecting career criminals. The allegations were presented as part of the commission’s proceedings and have not been proven in court.
