The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has confirmed to Lekoa Fm news that Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola has been summoned to appear before the Pretoria Magistrates’ Court. The summons is linked to the multi-million-rand Medicare24 Tshwane District contract.
The NPA has declined to provide further details at this stage, indicating that all relevant information will be made public when Masemola appears in court on 21 April.
