The National Prosecuting Authority says its review of cases handled by the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption is progressing. It has prioritised cases involving Crime Intelligence and the corruption case against suspended National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola.
NPA spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago confirmed the development during the authority’s visit to Parliament. The NPA also briefed SCOPA on state capture investigations, asset recovery and ongoing prosecutions.
