GERMISTON- The Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) for Finance and Strategy in the City of Ekurhuleni, Alderman Jongizizwe Dlabathi, is set to present the municipality’s budget and Integrated Development Plan (IDP) at the OR Tambo Government Precinct Civic Centre in Germiston. The presentation will take place on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 10h00 in the New Council Chamber.

The session will outline the city’s financial priorities, service delivery plans, and development goals for the 2026/2027 financial year. The event is open to media representatives, who are invited to attend and report on the budget speech.
