Massive petrol price hike expected for March

Brace yourself — another fuel price hike is coming our way.

From petrol to paraffin, East Cape Fuels is predicting a massive increase across the board.

The petrol sales and distribution company expects the petrol price to increase by at least R1.23 per litre.

Diesel and paraffin are expected to soar by over R1.30 per litre.

The company says this is due to the rise in international oil prices and our volatile rand.

The official fuel prices will be published by government later in the month.
