Deputy Minister in The Presidency Nonceba Mhlauli visited Kaalfontein Secondary School to lead a laptop handover aimed at bridging the digital divide in education. The initiative, supported by Honor South Africa, provided learners with laptops to improve access to digital learning tools.
Mhlauli said the devices will help students with research, schoolwork, and preparing for tertiary education, while also building important digital skills. She highlighted cooperation between government, the private sector, and groups like the Technology Youth Development Agency to support youth development and promote equal access to technology.
