FREE STATE – The Free State Sport Awards have returned after a one-year break, with MEC Zanele Sifuba celebrating the event as an achievement for the province. The awards recognised athletes and sports personalities who have excelled across 20 categories.
Sifuba has called for stronger cooperation between government, the private sector, municipalities and other stakeholders to develop sport and create opportunities for young talent across all districts of the Free State.
