JOHANNESBURG – The murder trial of Warrick Stock is set to resume in the High Court in Johannesburg on Thursday for pre-trial proceedings. The State says it has completed its investigation into the killing of the media personality, including cellphone analysis, financial record checks, and the drafting of the indictment.
Alleged shooter Armindo Pacula and alleged planner Victor Majola are expected back in court. Pacula remains in custody at Modderbee Prison due to safety concerns, and his lawyer says he intends to plead guilty after reviewing the docket. Police are also continuing investigations into possible additional suspects linked to the case.
