The ANC in Tshwane has accused Mayor Nasiphi Moya and ActionSA of corruption, alleging that city service providers were used for renovations at her home. The ANC and DA are demanding proof that Moya personally paid for the renovations and that no City funds were used.
ActionSA national chairperson Michael Beaumont has rejected the allegations, saying documentation shows no link between the company that carried out the renovations and a City service provider. He accused political opponents of trying to discredit Moya ahead of the local government elections.
