CAPE TOWN – Police in the Western Cape have arrested a 29-year-old man after discovering drugs worth an estimated R10 million at an apartment in Bothasig, believed to have been used as a drug storage facility by a local gang.
During the raid, officers seized large quantities of cocaine and other drugs, along with seven firearms, 17 magazines and more than 1 000 rounds of ammunition. The suspect is expected to appear in the Goodwood Magistrate’s Court once formally charged.
