JOHANNESBURG – The trial of businessman Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala, his wife Tsakane, and three co-accused is set to run for 30 days in the Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg.
The accused face 25 charges, including attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, money laundering, fraud and defeating the ends of justice. Judge Cassim Moosa confirmed the trial will run from 20 July to 7 August 2026.
