WESTERN CAPE – President Cyril Ramaphosa’s urgent application to stop Parliament’s Section 89 impeachment proceedings will be heard in the Western Cape High Court on Wednesday and Thursday.
Ramaphosa wants the impeachment process suspended while the court reviews the independent panel’s report, which found he has a prima facie case to answer over the Phala Phala matter.
