JOHANNESBURG- Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the departure of interim co-coaches Khalil Ben Youssef and Cedric Kaze after their contracts expired at the end of the season. The pair were originally part of the technical team led by Nasreddine Nabi before taking charge of the team on an interim basis following his dismissal.
Chiefs finished third in the Betway Premiership behind Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns, ending the season without a trophy. Despite the disappointing campaign, Amakhosi secured qualification for next season’s CAF Confederation Cup. The club thanked Ben Youssef and Kaze for their dedication and wished them success in their future careers.
