EFF Leader, Julius Malema has called on Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) supporters to remain calm and avoid any form of disruption as they await his sentencing at the Regional Court in KuGompo, Eastern Cape. This comes as thousands of supporters gathered in the city to show solidarity with him during the court proceedings.
Supporters later returned to the Jan Smuts Stadium, where they held an overnight vigil, vowing to stay until the sentencing is delivered. Malema also urged them not to respond to any provocation or engage in actions that could bring the party into disrepute.
