The Protected Disclosures Bill strengthens this effort by providing enhanced legal protection for whistle-blowers and criminalising retaliation against them. It is designed to encourage reporting of misconduct without fear, while ensuring that those who target whistle-blowers face serious consequences, thereby supporting transparency and ethical governance across the JCPS system.
