Minister in the Presidency for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities, Sindisiwe Chikunga will deliver a keynote address at the BRICS Youth Innovation Summit taking place on 9–10 April 2026 at Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria. The event brings together young entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders and experts from BRICS+ countries and the Global South.
The summit aims to create opportunities for collaboration, mentorship and investment, while strengthening networks among young innovators. Chikunga’s participation highlights South Africa’s commitment to promoting youth voices and supporting their role in global decision-making and economic development.
