JOHANNESBURG – Thousands of fans faced frustration as tickets for the Soweto Derby between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates went on sale. Slow processing and server errors caused the MyTicket system to crash nearly an hour after sales began, leaving many unable to secure seats for the highly anticipated match.

The game, originally scheduled for 25 April, has been moved to Sunday, 26 April, following confirmation that the Nasrec precinct will host a music festival on Saturday. Last month’s derby saw tickets sell out within two hours, highlighting the high demand and fan anticipation.
