UPDATE: The EFF in Tshwane has rejected claims linking the party to alleged tender fraud in the city. Evidence before the madlanga commission suggested that Eff and Actionsa members were involved in manipulating a contract, with a list of preferred companies reportedly given to a police officer.
EFF tshwane leader Obakeng Ramabodu denied the allegations, saying no eff leader sent any such list. he challenged those making the claims to provide concrete proof.
