ActionSA has suspended Tshwane councillor and MMC Kholofelo Morodi as a party member pending a preliminary investigation into allegations raised at the Madlanga Commission.
The probe will determine whether there is a prima facie case against her following claims linked to the commission’s proceedings.
Earlier, Mayor Nasiphi Moya placed Morodi on special leave after testimony alleged she shared internal land lease tender documents with police sergeant Fannie Nkosi.
